Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Parchio, operated by Alessio Coccia ("we" or "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Parchio helps Shopify merchants generate invoice documents from Shopify order data, download those documents, and send them by email. Features may change as the app is improved or as Shopify changes its platform.

Your responsibilities

You must use the app only for your own authorized Shopify store activity, keep your Shopify account secure, provide accurate business information, and ensure that your invoice content and delivery emails comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of taxes, pricing, tax registration details, and any legal wording shown on invoices.

Not tax, accounting, or legal advice

Parchio is a document-generation tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that any invoice meets the rules that apply to your business or jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional where needed.

Email delivery

When you use Delivery, you instruct us to send the selected invoice documents and your optional message to the recipient you choose. You must have an appropriate basis to send those emails and are responsible for verifying recipient addresses. Delivery can be affected by recipient mail systems and service-provider limits.

Data processing

By installing or using the app, you authorize us to process personal data that the app receives from Shopify solely to provide the invoice, download, delivery, support, security, and compliance functions described in our Privacy Policy. You determine the purposes for using the app in your store and are responsible for your instructions and legal obligations to your customers. Our Privacy Policy and Security and data protection practices form part of these Terms.

Availability and limits

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may limit or suspend the service where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or to prevent misuse.

Fees

Any paid plan, price, trial, and billing terms will be presented to you in Shopify before you approve them. If paid features are introduced, Shopify’s applicable billing process will control the charge approval and renewal.

Termination

You may stop using the app by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or end access if use violates these terms, Shopify’s terms, applicable law, or creates a security risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
